yes, that's all you need to put in your hair. it's probably manic panic or special effects brand hair dye. in which case, the stuff in the bottle is all you need.

have you tried reading the directions, it should have directions on the bottle and if it didnt you should not have bought it, you should call hot topic back and ask them, i can tell you all hair dyes HAVE to be mixed with a activator for them to work (if its in fact a real hair dye)

some kits come with powders and stuff you have to mix with liquids to make it liquid, but others are already liquid. At my hairstylist he dyed my hair and it was a liquid, and i did not see him mix it with anything. READ THE DIRECTIONS!!
