i bleached my hair and it turned white and orange, so i dyed it brown with semi permanent hair dye. It turned wayyy to dark brown..almost black. I know it's going fade, but will it fade back to the bleach white/orange?

i put semi permanent over blonde highlights the colour will start to come through agen semi permanents dont was out after wateva numba of washes like they are siposed to they still leave traces of the dye in you hair go to a profesional
